X Firewood Factory is designed for logs approximately 14 to 35½ inches in diameter, making it suitable for professional producers working with large-diameter timber. The system is also well suited for processing hardwood, where high splitting force is especially important. The X90 splitter provides up to 47 tons of splitting force, giving the system the power needed for demanding, heavy-duty production.
The finished firewood size can be adjusted to suit different customers and markets.
The X90 splitting system can produce cross-sections from approximately ¾″ × ¾″ up to 6¼″ × 6¼″, while firewood length can be adjusted up to 18 inches.
This means the same production line can be used for very different products, for example:
With 13-inch firewood and an approximately 3-inch target split size, X Firewood Factory can produce up to 140 m³ of solid wood in one 8-hour shift. That is approximately 60 cords of firewood in one 8-hour shift.
